Every pair of Permillar sneakers is made by hand to order. Nothing is taken off a shelf, so the timeline below covers the making of your pair as well as the delivery.
Production Time
Work on your pair begins once your order is confirmed. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your sneakers to be cut, assembled and finished by hand before they ship. Because every pair is built individually, only a limited number can be produced each week, and pairs are released in small batches.
Dispatch
Pairs are finished and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your pair leaves us.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address and the service you choose. Delivery time is added on top of the production time above and depends on the carrier and the destination.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges or local taxes, which are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are not collected by us.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us at permillar.us@gmail.com straight away with your name and order number, and we will correct it as long as your pair has not already shipped.
Delays
Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. Weather, customs and carrier backlogs can occasionally add time. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier on your behalf.
